I am extremely pleased to provide
you with this introduction to the James P. Seidl Law
Offices. This is a second-generation law business, dedicated to
providing the very finest in estate and business planning
services, advice and documents.
My
firm provides the full range of estate and planning services: from
basic documents such as durable powers of attorney and advance medical
directives, to will and living trust packages. From Education, Life Insurance and Charitable Trusts, to Limited Liability Companies and Family Limited Partnerships.
Sound
estate planning is critical, not only because it involves your loved
ones and all that you have worked so hard to build, but because we may
only have one chance to get it right. It is for that reason that I
pride myself in spending as much time with you as is necessary to give
you precisely the type of services and documents you desire.
I
take a “building block” approach to estate planning. This means
you get no less than you desire, and no more than you need, to achieve
your planning objectives. The building block approach also means you
won’t pay for something you don’t need. In other words, we’ll give
you the most bang for your hard-earned buck.
My firm is a relationship based, rather than a transactional law firm. This means we put our emphasis on building life-long relations, not one-time service transactions. Many of my clients are second, and even third generation family members, whose parents and grandparents were my clients.
